This is pure CJNG theater. Eight masked sicarios posed against a cracked brick wall, staged like a firing squad in some forgotten safehouse. Balaclavas, tactical vests, AKs and ARs slung with casual discipline. Two vests stamped CJNG in clean white letters—branding, not subtlety. Power doesn’t whisper.

On the floor sits the captive: shirtless, beaten, swollen, eyes down. The look of a man who already knows the ending. One rifle angles toward his head, not rushed, not dramatic—routine. Just another message.

This isn’t random violence. It’s propaganda. CJNG specializes in these humiliation shots: control the body, capture the image, circulate the fear. Psychological warfare polished to look professional, surgical, inevitable. No speeches needed. Just questions and let the video do the work.

Captive: Protection so that no one does anything to them.

Captive: Lato lives behind the castle rehabilitation center. Osi lives in (unintelligible). Cabezón lives in (unintelligible). He’s either a nephew or godson of Juanelo. The rest of the crew is from out of town. One of them is Serio, and then there’s Jovas, Cafe, El Lopas, and a male whose name I don’t know. He’s about 40 years old, though. 

Sicario #1: What position does Juanelo have, who does he work for?

Captive: El Marro from the Cereso prison in Celaya. 

Sicario #1: How does Marro send out his orders if he’s behind bars?

Captive: He does it on behalf of El Barbas. 

Sicario #1: Who else supports you guys from the Celaya mob?

Captive: There’s no one else. El Barbas has never requested help from anyone out there.

Captive: Because they like to ask for favors but not reciprocate for that help.

Captive: Mamer, Teco, and Cabezón abducted him.

Captive: They were kidnapped and I don’t know where exactly Mamer disappeared them afterwards.

Captive: Just drugs. Strictly drug sales. 

Sicario #1: Tell me where all of the clandestine gravesites in Acámbaro are. 

Captive: The only one who knows about that would be Mamer and his colleagues. They’ve never taken me with them when this happened. 

Sicario #1: Tell me about Claudio and where he lives. 

Captive: He’s the one who charges for those extortions that I mentioned about the bars, butcher shops, and the screw ups of society. El Gordito is the person who supplies the city of Celaya with drugs. He’s the son of El Cici. 

Sicario #1: Where exactly do El Mamer and Barbas live?

Captive: In the city of Morelia you drive down Torreón Avenue and then pass a Soriana gas station. Followed by an Aurora warehouse. There’s a neighborhood next to this with the number 8 in front of it. His house is # 131. It’s  a two story brown building with a white door. Barbas lives here and drives a white Ford with Guanajuato license plates. 

Sicario #1: Who’s the person responsible for the kidnappings that take place in Acámbaro?

Captive: Mamer and his mob. 

Sicario #1: On whose orders?

Captive: El Barbas. 

Sicario #1: Whats El Barbas name?

Captive: José Refugio. I don’t have their last names, though.

Sicario #1: Who all have they disappeared?

Captive: Mamer is the person in charge of that matter and he hasn’t said where he does this.
