There’s a formula in motion in a captive’s life as he tries his best to think quickly while at the same time answering just as slowly. Every abductor that surrounds him is oblivious to the fear and anxiety etched across his face.
They’re too caught up in the interrogation to fully understand or care about what he’s doing here. Like every gunman in custody before him, making it out alive is all that matters in this dark moment of his existence.
Nothing will deter the gunmen from removing him from the land of the living. Questions need to be asked to unravel certain truths. Even so, they will see to it that he’s mocked to the very end before he leaves.
