The Mencho Special Operations Group Sends Out A Communique To Puebla

The Jalisco New Generation Cartel has released a new video online. For this broadcast, a female captive known as Alondra Jaqueline aka La Jackie narrates on camera snippets of crimes that were happening in and around the capital of Puebla. 

Information online at this time points to her being a girlfriend of a criminal known as Alexander Armando aka El Jaguar, who was executed in the Big Bola casino at the Plaza Sonata, in San Andres Cholula. His death took place in early July of this year. 

La Jackie was found dead in the municipality of Santa Clara Ocoyucan. It is believed that she was immediately killed off camera once her interrogation ended. 

Good morning city of Puebla. This message is to reiterate that we the Jalisco New Generation Cartel will not allow any kind of monetary collections, extortion, kidnapping, or robbery. Much less will it be done in the name of our enterprise. If someone in Puebla tries to extort you by phone or in your home, business, etc., look for us. 

We can be looked for on social networks and newscasts. We’re here to support you, citizens of Puebla. We know that there are commanders from several different corporations that by orders of their superiors and even the governor himself are in agreement with these scumbags. These clowns will continue to be killed.
