Miguel Antonio Zazueta Páez, identified in the accompanying post as the deputy director of Municipal Transit in Escuinapa, Sinaloa.
Zazueta Páez was killed by the FEU for allegedly clearing routes and providing safe passage to members of “Los Cabrera–MF” in Escuinapa.
A handwritten message left beside the body reads:
“This is for all the turncoats in the municipal government and Public Security.
—F.E.U.”
