The violent events in Salamanca do not stop and on Thursday morning three bodies were found hanging from a vehicular bridge on the highway that connects the communities of Cárdenas and San Vicente de las Flores, in Salamanca.
The notice was received through the 911 emergency system, as people who were going to work made the discovery, which immediately mobilized elements of the Municipal Police and federal forces.
The authorities went to the place to cordon off the area and preserve the evidence, in an operation that included restricting access to the area to facilitate the investigations.
Around 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, several reports came to the 911 emergency system, where it was reported that three male persons were found hanging over the aforementioned place.
According to municipal police sources, the bodies were hung in the early morning and the incident was not reported until 7:40 a.m. on Thursday.
Personnel from the State Attorney General’s Office assumed control of the investigations, indicating that the necessary expert reports will be carried out to determine the circumstances surrounding this violent incident. So far, no official information has been provided on the identity of the three people hanged, but it was said that they were three young men.
Authorities went to the scene to cordon off the area and preserve the evidence, in an operation that included restricting access to the area to facilitate the investigations.
The bodies of the victims will be transferred to the Forensic Medical Service, where the corresponding legal procedures will be carried out, including the autopsy, in order to establish the identity of the persons and the causes of their death.
It is expected that in the next few hours, the Prosecutor’s Office will issue an official statement with more details about this case.
