Not to investigate Rancho Izaguirre, but to rewrite its purpose altogether. Not a training ground for CJNG foot soldiers, he says, but a “capacitación center” — a place for workshops and growth. A rebranding exercise straight out of a narco PR playbook.

Things have changed in favor of the Jalisco partnering with Los Chapitos.
