At this time, what little is known about the criminal group Los Costales is that they’re currently operating in the city of Monterrey.
Other than this, though, there are no further details about its structure.
We are the Cartel del Noreste and we’re coming after all of the Costales operatives. The metropolitan city of Monterrey belongs to us. Our operation also extends into the town of García.
This will be the fate of every filth fuck who’s in league with them. We’re coming after the Costales, Nelson, R1, Cielo Uno, and El Negro.
We’re coming after every mother fucker. The Garcia plaza belongs to the fucking Cartel del Noreste.
