A cell of assassins from La Barredora, an armed wing for Mayito Flaco, appears on film in broad daylight. Front and center within their group is Juan Carlos Santiago Cocuyo. He’s the Jalisco New Generation Cartel plaza boss for the towns of Nanchital, Agua Dulce, and Las Choapas in the state of Veracruz.
Brief questions will be asked, and he in turn answers what all he knows about his criminal cohorts. Along with his confessions, the names of others also involved are mentioned.
The removal of Santiago Cocuyo’s head begins right after the questioning ends. It takes a bit of work for the overanxious executioner with the weak upper body strength to behead him. Everything points to him going into the grotesque act without having thought out an effective plan. A rifle slung across his neck that kept getting in the way lends credence to this.
Sicario: What’s your name?
Captive: Juan Carlos Santiago Cocuyo.
Sicario: Who do you work for?
Captive: I work for Lobo Veracruz.
Sicario: What role do you play within the cartel?
Captive: I am the plaza boss for the towns of Nanchital, Agua Dulce and Las Choapas.
Sicario: What’s your moniker?
Captive: El Goku.
Sicario: Who supports you guys?
Captive: Elvis Ventura supports us with armament and we in turn provide him with security. Along with this we also remove whoever stands in the way or hinders him for his campaign.
Sicario: Where are you guys getting your stolen fuel from?
Captive: Land owner Jorge Payro allows us to get it from his ranch.
Sicario: This goes out to the citizens in the southern region of Veracruz. We’ve come here to put an end to the extortions, kidnappings, and the murders of innocent civilians that the Jalisco cartel causes day after day. With all due respect our intention isn’t to cause panic within society but to assure your peace of mind. This will be the fate of the Jalisco operatives and merchants who supports this organization. This especially goes out to you Ramon Ortiz, Carlos Soto, and Elvis Ventura. Stop going against the grain. The only ones in charge here are the absolute Mayiza mob. Grupo Barredora.

Wow Mayiza is in Veracruz! That makes a lot of active criminal gangs and mafia cartels in the country of Veracruz. Don’t they also have CDN, CDG, CJNG, Chapitos, and Zetas Escuela Vieja, Cobra, Shadow Cartel, and a bunch of other crazy killers lurking about?!
