That a Mexican president is guilty of corruption and fraud is blatantly obvious even to those of us who live in the United States. Too many “ Unbelievable, coincidences” Starting with President Salinas are simply too overwhelming to ignore. I don’t know but my educated guess is that every single Mexican president since The 1960s have been corrupt.
