Narco terrorists from the Heroica Matamoros Cartel distance themselves from the narco terrorist Luis Gabriel Lopez Saldaña alias “Cape” or “SC-25”, former regional chief of the Grupo Escorpión of the Heroica Matamoros Cartel.
Everything indicates that the betrayals within the said narco terrorist group are true. Currently, the person who took the position as regional chief in the state of San Luis Potosi is a certain individual known as “Bravo-1”.

This video was made to let everyone know that Escorpión 25 or Titan 5 no longer belongs to the Grupo Escorpión of the Cartel del Golfo (CDG) in the state of Tamaulipas. Or the Grupo Bravo of the CDG in the San Luis Potosí plaza.
The Altiplano, Zona Media, Huasteca, and State capital regions now belong to Commander 28. Fellow friends, the Cartel del Golfo no longer endorses the movements of Escorpión 25 within the San Luis Potosí plaza.
