The Execution of Victor Hugo Sosa Martinez

The following video is the actual execution of Víctor Hugo Sosa Martínez, a non-commissioned officer of the Banking, Commercial, Industrial and Mining Security Directorate; he had been pointed out in banners and was carrying drugs at the time of his death. 

On Monday morning (10/02/25) an element of the banking police of the State Public Security Secretariat (SSPE) was murdered in the municipality of Chihuahua.

The incident took place at the intersection of Mina de Santo Domingo and Mineral Pinos Alto streets in the north of the municipality of Chihuahua in the Villas del Real neighborhood.

In a banner placed on Teofilo Borunda Avenue on December 17 of last year, Inspector Victor Hugo Sosa Martinez, who was executed yesterday in the streets of Villas del Real, was accused of protecting a criminal group operating in the capital.

“Engineer Gilberto Loya, secretary of security, if your intention is to clean up the institution you should start with Inspector Victor Hugo Sosa Martinez, who is dedicated to collecting quotas, selling drugs, extortion and protecting a criminal group with the consent of his superiors”, was the message placed under the bridge on La Junta Avenue.
