In the video, the captive identifies himself as Jesús Armando Chacón Patiño, from Chametla, Sinaloa.
He says he works for Mayito Flaco’s side and was sent into Mazatlán by Ángel, better known as “El Payasín,” a Durango-linked operator. The job was not subtle. Kidnappings. Burned OXXO stores. Stolen motorcycles. Attacks. A cleanup of the port.
Then comes the part Chapiza wanted everyone to hear.
There were only five of them.

Five men sent into Mazatlán to heat up a plaza already deep in the war. Chacón says the rest of the cell was hiding in Villas del Rey. That is what Chapiza is mocking here. Not only the man on the ground, but the idea that a small Durango crew could enter Mazatlán, make noise, and leave clean.
That is not how this port works.
The video is a message to the Cabreras, Mayito Flaco’s people, and anyone else looking at Mazatlán.
The port is not open.

I felt that pain at the end.
Damn that’s nuts they forgot the tortillas & a coca to wash it down. What a way to go sheesh.
Why does the chapizza mob obsession with cutting dicks off.
In all my years of watching these videos it’s only Ivan’s crew. He didn’t even put gloves on. Dude 100% smelled his fingers after. I’m shocked they didn’t save it and send it to the capo for his collection.
I’m so glad that I’m not the guy that had his penis cut off and fed to him. Wouldn’t it Be worse punishment if they also cut his legs and arms off so he couldn’t wipe his ass, gouged his eyes out, and burst his eardrums so he’s permanently deaf, then drop him off at his family alive so he could live a penis free life.
