Back in August of 2024 Commander Fénix from the Veracruzana Cartel released a video threatening several individuals in Poza Rica, Tihuatlán, Cazones de Herrera, and surrounding areas.
This time around a different spokesman launches menacing words for residents in the capital city of Xalapa, Veracruz.
First of all, good morning, good afternoon, and good evening to the city of Xalapa, Veracruz, and its surrounding areas. We are the Cartel Mafia Veracruzana. As you know, we have already begun to clean house. Whoever doesn’t fall into formation with us will end up being killed off. Seek out the right path—it costs you nothing. And those of you who have information, send it to us via social media. Authorities: let us do our work and stop supporting these scumbags.
