Severe Afflictions With The Cartel del Noreste

Three Colombian males find themselves surrounded by assassins from the Cartel del Noreste, aka Northeast Cartel.

The men on their knees are Colombian loan sharks who were operating in and around the metropolitan city of Monterrey. However, unlike traditional moneylenders who typically offer small personal loans at high rates of interest. Their business model is extremely predatory in nature. Recipients who fail to keep their end of the bargain end up having to pay a steep price.

Their exploitative ways of operating will soon com to an ugly end. The Cartel del Noreste will see to it that they’re made to pay with their lives for screwing over locals.

Sicario: Where are you from?

Captive: Colombia sir.

Sicario: What do you guys do for a living?

Captive: We lend money to the citizens of Nuevo León sir.

Sicario: What happens to the citizens who don’t pay their loans?

Captive: We kidnap their underage siblings until their loan is paid off. Alternatively, we take away their property deeds or vehicles. In a worse case scenario we end up raping that minor.

Sicario: How many people are working in tandem within your cell?

Captive: Approximately 15 to 20 persons sir.

Sicario: Where are those individuals from?

Captive: From Colombia sir.

Sicario: Which municipalities are you guys doing this shit in?

Captive: The towns of Garcia, Guadalupe, Escobedo, Juárez, and Apodaca.

Sicario: How exactly are you guys evading capture by the authorities?

Captive: We pay off the Fuerza Civil sir. Both the ministerial and municipal policemen are paid so that we can operate freely.
