Dec. 21, 2025 — A new “narcomanta” was reported on Gustavo Díaz Ordaz Boulevard, placed in front of the well-known “Siglo 21,” according to images circulating online. The printed banner was photographed taped to a white metal fence topped with coiled razor wire, with several names highlighted in red.
The message is directed at a figure identified as “El Cabezón,” accusing him of keeping his circle in line through fear rather than loyalty, and claiming his own people are turning against him. The text also references a man identified as “Max,” alleging El Cabezón has stripped Max’s people “of everything,” in the language of the banner.
Most notably, the narcomanta names Cristian Ignacio Lugo, alias “El Flako,” describing him as a commander in the FESC. The message portrays Lugo as El Cabezón’s remaining support inside the force, using threatening language to frame him as complicit and loyal to the wrong side.
The banner is signed “27, / Cabo 27” “CJNG,” and “CAF,” and explicitly claims an alliance involving CJNG (Cartel Jalisco Nueva Generación) and the Arellano Félix Cartel (CAF).

Thanks! I just put up a quick post with what is known. There are conflicting reports, and nothing official has been said either way. I have doubts, but will keep them reserved for now.
