Supermanzana 214 Of Cancun, Turned Into A Narco Cemetery.

CANCUN.- Organized crime has taken the Region 214 as a clandestine cemetery; on Monday, human remains were left and on Tuesday afternoon, the 911 reported the body of an executed person in the same area of Cancun.

The discovery of human remains in that region is part of one of the corpses abandoned in recent days in the same area. At the moment, relevant investigations are being carried out regarding these homicides, as revealed by personnel from the Attorney General’s Office of Quintana Roo.

Yesterday afternoon, the presence of a suspicious object filled with flies was reported to 911 emergency in the Manantial neighborhood, in Region 214. A curious neighbor carefully observed the object and alerted the authorities, who confirmed that it was a body, located on a dirt road that leads to that neighborhood.

The corresponding authorities, including personnel from the Attorney General’s Office, went to the scene to process the area and collect evidence in search of the alleged perpetrators of this intentional homicide.

So far, the details of the crime are unknown. The body and human remains previously found at the same location have been removed. It is presumed that the crime, as well as the previous ones, could be related to a group that has used that area as a clandestine cemetery.

Human remains and bodies of victims of torture and gunshot executions have been thrown onto the site, generating a concerning increase in violence in the region.
