During the early hours of Thursday, three narco-banners were discovered at separate locations across southern Sinaloa. One was hung from a bridge along the Tepic–Mazatlán highway at the southern entrance to Mazatlán, while two others were reported in the municipalities of El Rosario and Concordia.
The banners carried messages directed at military personnel, commanders and members of Sinaloa’s security forces. All three displayed the same message and were signed “La Chapiza.” Cartel Insider obtained photographs of the banners from the different locations and is publishing the full English translation below.

We once again ask you to investigate the conduct of the following military personnel and members of the Sinaloa State Police.
INFANTRY LT. ALFONSO YAIR URBANO MORALES
He is facing proceedings for abuse of authority involving a young man from Rosario, Sinaloa.
2ND INFANTRY SGT. JOSÉ LUIS FLORES GONZÁLEZ
He is on a payroll of 600,000 pesos per month (approximately US$33,963) and passes information.
INFANTRY COL. DANIEL GÓMEZ PAREDES
Operations base: Santa María Dam.
SINALOA STATE POLICE — COMMANDER “LA FELINA”
Commander of the GOES State Police group. She fabricates evidence and incriminates innocent people.
They already have a long record of carrying out acts to benefit the criminal faction of the terrorists and woman-killers of Los Cabrera and M.F.
We are tired of their abuses against the population: raiding homes without a warrant; detaining young people and handing them over to “La Felina” of the State Police so charges can be fabricated against them; taking alcoholic beverages and drugs confiscated in Rosario to the M.F. members who are in Matatán.
They also return the weapons and vehicles they leave abandoned during confrontations, and they never conduct operations where Los Cabrera and M.F. are located. They clear the way for them.
THEY ARE TRAITORS TO THE HOMELAND.
INVESTIGATE THEM!
OUR FIGHT IS NOT WITH THE GOVERNMENT.
