Guadalupe, Zacatecas: Armed Attack Leaves One Dead And Two Wounded

It happened in the Ferrocarrileros neighborhood, where last Wednesday a dismembered body was found.

A man died and two more people were wounded after an armed attack in the Ferrocarrileros neighborhood.

One dead and two wounded, is the result of an armed attack registered this Friday morning in the municipality of Guadalupe, Zacatecas.

At five o’clock in the morning, after receiving a report through the 911 Emergency System, in which gunshots were reported, elements of the Security Forces moved to the place, who located a Ford Explorer truck on Máquina 30-30 street with three people in the back of the vehicle.

Paramedics from the Municipal Civil Protection Coordination declared the death of a man, while a woman and another man were found injured and taken to a hospital for medical attention.

Elements of the Municipal Police proceeded to cordon off the area in order to preserve the evidence and leave it at the disposal of the Investigation Police.

The body was taken to the General Directorate of Forensic Services.

Second bloody incident in a week

This is the second violent act occurred in the Ferrocarrileros neighborhood, just last Wednesday, a dismembered man and a criminal message were found.

The State Prosecutor, Cristian Paul Camacho Osnaya, informed that the victim had already been identified and handed over to his family.
