Criminal Leader of “Los Tigres” Sentenced For Forced Disappearance; Will Spend 36 Years In Prison

The evidence presented by the Public Prosecutor’s Office proved the criminal responsibility of Noé A. D. for the disappearance of Jesús C. M., which occurred on October 29, 2019.

The Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Western District Attorney’s Office obtained a sentence of 36 years and six months in prison, handed down by a Single Judge Court, against Noé A. D., alias El 210, El Grande, and/or Matute, for the crime of forced disappearance committed by private individuals.

The convicted man is identified as the leader of the criminal organization “Los Tigres,” which operates in the Cuauhtémoc region and its surrounding areas.

The evidence presented by the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Missing and/or Absent Persons Investigation Unit demonstrated the criminal responsibility of Noé A. D. for the disappearance of Jesús C. M., which occurred on October 29, 2019. The investigation to locate the victim remains ongoing.

During the hearing held on Thursday, the penalties were read aloud. It was also established that the convicted man must pay a fine of 295,715 pesos, while the amount of restitution will be determined on a general basis.

The investigation determined that, on the day of the events, Noé A. D. arrived at a health facility accompanied by other individuals and abducted the victim against his will.

The State Attorney General’s Office continues its active search and rescue efforts for missing persons, with the goal of providing certainty and peace of mind to their families.
