It should be noted that the voices heard within this broadcast don’t have a southern accent. Something to keep in mind as many members of this cartel usually come from the south. These individuals could possibly be a local group from Ensenada supported by the CJNG.
Today is September 9, 2025, and we are issuing this statement because we feel the need to clarify the following to the citizens and the authorities of Baja California: We, the Jalisco New Generation Cartel, are not engaged in extortion of any kind. Under no circumstances will we allow any group to come and commit this type of crime in the state.
What is currently happening in the municipality of Ensenada is a direct attack by the Arzate brothers against the citizens. We have information and intel which clearly demonstrates that René Arzate García, aka La Rana, ordered his lieutenants Leopoldo Lizárraga Ochoa, aka El Pantera, Adrián Casa Reyes, aka El Mercenario; Arturo Alejandro Medina, aka El Tury, and the port authority, to directly seize, by any means, the entire seafood sales and distribution chain.
Likewise, and through this video, we distance ourselves from the three narco messages posted on Thursday, August 28th of this year. Those narco messages were posted by members of the CDS to heat up the municipality and thus weaken the operations of the groups deployed against them.
We clarify that we have no ties to the Secretary of the Navy. We don’t need government support, as we are a true cartel. Not like you, Rana and Aquiles, who dedicate yourselves to everything except smuggling drugs. Keep messing around with honest people, and eventually your end will come, you rats.
And finally, these cheap fucks seek to tarnish the name of the businessman Moisés Muñiz, known as Compa Moy, who boldly had the courage to renounce the abuses of these scumbags. Pay attention to what’s happening here, townspeople. Don’t allow yourselves to be so easily deceived. Keep courage, beautiful citizens of Ensenada. We’re not going to abandon you. Sincerely…
Sicarios yells in unison: The four letters cartel.
