Following the second-largest lab seizure on Monday, when the Navy dismantled two Los Cabreras labs in Carricitos, Durango, and secured twenty-one tons of meth, the federales didn’t waste time showing the flag again.
According to my sources, Los Cabreras received the message from a compromised Marine before the mission began.
Word of the Navy started moving before 10 PM—quiet, fast, headed for Durango with Harfuch’s SSPC in tow. By 11:30 PM, radios were calling a long convoy rolling up from Mazatlán on the Durango–Mazatlán highway.
At 1 AM, the convoy was on Durango’s line; about thirty minutes later, it crossed the Baluarte Bridge. Los Cabreras 🦂 CTE Scorpion already knew the play.
At 2:30 AM, the trucks paused in the mountains. Minutes later, a pair of Navy helicopters lifted toward the road units.
By 5 AM, the first surprise raid hit a neighborhood in the capital. Streets sealed. No one in or out until the sweep is finished.
By 9 AM, more raids were in motion—one pushing toward Canatlán, others inside the city, hitting several homes. In San Jorge, they found nothing. Across the board, no detainees.
By 3 PM, the convoy pulled out the way it had come, back onto the Durango–Mazatlán highway.
Beyond the Surface
This reads like intelligence work—mapping zones, charting response times, tracing how comms and bodies move when pressure hits. Empty houses don’t mean failure; they mean the system heard early and cleared out, and the federales still got what they came for: a live sketch of the plaza.
I don’t think this stops here. It keeps cycling until they put their hands on the face of a boss of Los Cabreras. They drew the map today; next time, they’ll use it.

Hey Mica! Nice article, hope the Cabreras keep getting hit. Any news on IAG or jesus alfredo? Keep up the great work!
An FBI contact tells me to expect Alejandro’s indictment sooner rather than later. For everyone who swore Los Cabreras had Durango under “complete control” and it was all calm—grab your popcorn.
On Los Chapitos: Jesús is out of Sinaloa with added CJNG protection. I stay in frequent contact with Iván’s circle and can say with certainty that I.A.G. is doing well. That’s all I’ll share for now. Maybe one day I’ll write a memoir about how a computer nerd gringo from Texas ended up here.
Even the Reddit haters read Cartel Insider, because they know I’m informed. They mocked me when I reported the CJNG alliance last year. They said I was wrong when I told you Isidro wasn’t at war with Los Chapitos. And yet—here we are.
Consider this a small victory lap. Every so often I like to remind readers that Sol and I spend a huge part of our free time digging and reporting to keep you informed.
Thank you for reading—and for the support, bro.

Ivan is doing well as his empire burns down. lol he will be taking orders from mencho soon.
All cartels have been impacted—by this war or by the Trump administration. The only properties I’ve seen burned this week are ranches that belong to Tito Beltrán.
The turncoats in the North are fading fast. Remember, the fighting and shift up there wasn’t because MF’s men fought their way into the territory. The traitors were lured with lucrative promises of status and wealth. How’s that working out now?
I can promise readers that something big is coming within the next five days. That’s all I can say.
Why do I say this? Because after the fact, I want readers to know I’m different from paid journalists who invent stories just to hit a quota.
History shows alliances and teams always change or dissolve with time. I was the first to report on this alliance, and I have inside knowledge of the infrastructure. Each side—Guano, Chapitos, New Juárez, CJNG—has taken proactive and protective measures to ensure they can retaliate if needed. Right now, they’re also business partners, making money together. Time will tell how long that lasts.
entonces es lo mismo decir que al rato el MF recibira ordenes de los Z CND.?? piensa antes de escribir.
¡Exactamente!
i would very much like to read how you end up here lets hear that story.
9 out of 10 people would also agree including myself that isidro is aligned with MF but yet there is no messages or threat to guzmanes from isidro like i said 9 out of 10 people say it has.
I am going to answer all the questions tonight in detail.
