I don’t think his capture had any major impact, because at the time of his arrest, he probably wasn’t able to move any weight.

Ryan was big but he’s not as big as the US government is claiming.

I think Ryans more on the flores twins level not a Chapo like figure like Kash is trying to claim. Like I doubt the Sinaloa cartels going to split because Ryan got busted. Just my opinion.
