TULUM.- Two men and two women arrested, as well as the seizure of various drugs, was the result of four raids carried out last night in different properties in this city.
Through a statement, the General Prosecutor’s Office reported that in collaboration with the National Guard, Army elements, and municipal police, these proceedings were executed.
The first search was carried out at a residence on 2 bis oriente street, in the Villas Tulum subdivision, where several doses of alleged drugs were seized, as well as two quads and five motorcycles.
Later, the agents headed to another home on Gama Oriente street between Orión Sur and Centauro Sur, where several doses of suspected drugs similar to marijuana and crystal were also seized.
The last two raids were carried out in a house on Juanek Avenue, at the corner of Kabah, and in a residence on Sagitario Oriente Street between Orión Norte and Centenario. In both locations, officers also found doses of suspected drugs.
The FGE (State Attorney General’s Office) reported that during the proceedings, four people were arrested in possession of narcotics, who were located outside the inspected properties, identified as Alan “N”, Luciano “N”, Alondra Esmeralda “N”, and María Candelaria “N”.
After concluding the procedures, in each property, the assurance seals and yellow tape were placed to prevent the entry of people.
The four arrested individuals, together with the collected evidence, were handed over to the Public Prosecutor’s Office.
