A contingent of assassins under the command of Francisco Jaramillo Valdovinos, aka ‘Comandante Serio’ show themselves to be outside during daylight hours. All are armed and claim to be active in Tecoanapa, Guerrero.
The GDS or Gente del Serio (El Serio’s Mob) was last heard of here at Cartel Insider less than a week ago. At the time, the Scorpion Commander addressed citizens in the state of Morelos.
Today the armed wing of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG) is several hours south of Cuernavaca and the satellite towns that they supposedly planned to cleanse of their adversaries.
A different spokesman addresses the camera this time around. Just as well, a variety of towns that they intend to roam through are also brought up.

The individuals responsible for those deaths are El Oso, El Francis, Oletas, Ulises, and the entire gang of scumbags they brought in from the Los Ardillos cartel. The reason the Jalisco New Generation Cartel has arrived is to wipe out all that trash—those who kill children, women, and innocent people.
We, the Jalisco Cartel, have a code: we do not kill innocent people. Those pieces of shit—those dogs—on the other hand, have absolutely no respect for anything. We ask the people: if you know of, or have any information regarding, any son of a bitch who is cooperating with those damn rats, turn them in so we can finish off that trash once and for all.
We are coming for them—and we are coming for the towns of La Estrella, La Perseverancia, Chautipa, and Rancho Viejo—until we have purged them of all those damn “Ardillas” and liberated the people from their abuses, extortion rackets, kidnappings, and the robbery of local farmers.
