If they were smart they would use:
Steel insulated shops
Insulated containers
Typical plastered house
Exhaust fans leading fumes through return duct for cooling extracted outside
Carbon Filters for smell
Water chillers on 2k gallon tanks
Any hot waste can be circled through tubing in tanks and discarded outside.
*zero heat trail
*zero smell
This would make it incognito for any facility instead of doing things outside with tarps.
