Commander Scorpion from the CJNG Addresses the Citizens of Jiutepec and Emiliano Zapata

Back at the end of January of this year an armed criminal cell from the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG) announced its presence in the state of Morelos. The spokesperson for this group identified himself as Commander Scorpion.

Once again he returns in another film to address his adversaries in the towns of Jiutepec and Emiliano Zapata. Both municipalities lie just south of Cuernavaca and are in close proximity to Huitzilac and Temixco. 

At this time a purge is underway within these localities in a fight for control of this area. The names of enemies that they plan to come after are mentioned within this broadcast. In addition, municipal presidents are also scolded for their alleged involvement in criminal matters. 

This message goes out to all of the citizens of Jiutepec and Emiliano Zapata. Especially to the merchants, labor unions, bars, restaurants, junkyards, taxi services, bus lines, grocery stores, businesses; both small and big, stop paying extortion and charging fees that only protect your municipal presidents. 

Eder Rodríguez Casillas, this isn’t a political matter. It’s about all of the corruption, extortion, and charging fees that are unleashed in all of the municipalities. Stop protecting the Los Linos and Gorostieta mobs. Santos, from the train station, Negro, Boliviano, Alacrán, Chaco, Negro, Juti, Barbas, Gendas, Peluchi, Nicos, Kamala, and Macelo. 

Everyone who doesn’t fall into formation with us will be eliminated. Los Linos, we know where your ranches and houses are located as well as all of your movements. You better know your place and stop fucking around here. We all know very well that the power base here was too much for you guys to handle. 

Ramon, aka El Gordo, son of Rodolfo, you just didn’t know how to take advantage of what was given to you. You’re all better off just getting out of the way before this war with the four letters cartel (CJNG) begins. Daniel Casillas, stop your extortion schemes. It’s bad enough that you don’t even know how to respect your own family. 

The Casillas brothers need to come to their senses. Otherwise, we’re going to force you to do it. We’re already aware of your businesses and tire shops in the town of Iguala. We also know about your networks of charging fees, extortions with public services, and money laundering schemes. 

Santos Tavares, municipal president of Emiliano Zapata, we know that you’re struggling with the same issues. You supported these criminal groups that you let in and now don’t know what to do with them. Don’t hinder us from doing our jobs. Municipal presidents, there’s enough room for all of us here. 

And the doors open for whoever wants to align with us. We’re that small mob out of Huitzilac and Temixco. But now we’re present in the towns of Jiutepec and Emiliano Zapata. We’re going to continue advancing in Jiutepec and Emiliano Zapata. Just as well we’re coming after everything in the state of Morelos and its surroundings.
