Authorities seized 320,000 fentanyl pills at a shipping company in Guadalajara, Jalisco. The operation involved elements of the Federal Ministerial Police and Criminal Investigation Agency. A search warrant was obtained to go to the courier company’s facilities in the El Salto community, and packages were discovered with the help of a canine team.
No arrests were reported despite the seizure of a significant amount of merchandise. The fentanyl was handed over to the Federal Public Ministry for investigation.

The FGR seized 17,000 opioid pills, one kilogram of marijuana, 52 electronic cigarettes, and several bottles filled with a liquid substance marked with the inscription CBD in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León. The drugs were sent from Chihuahua and Guadalajara and were destined for the states of Florida and Nuevo Laredo in the United States. The FGR also detained 85 packages containing fentanyl at another shipping company in Matamoros, Tamaulipas. The drug arrived from Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, in four cardboard boxes and was discovered thanks to an anonymous tip.

Jorge “L” was caught transporting 247,918 kilos of cocaine and two Army firearms near Ciudad Hidalgo, Chiapas. The capture was made with the help of Sedena, Semar, GN, and State Preventive Police. After trying to flee, Jorge “L” was detained and handed over to a public prosecutor for further investigation.
