Since 2009, Jesus Alfredo Guzman Salazar has been on the radar of the United States (US) for his involvement in drug trafficking activities. The son of Joaquin ‘El Chapo’ Guzman is wanted by federal courts in Brooklyn and Chicago due to the leadership he holds in Los Chapitos, the faction of the Sinaloa Cartel that traffics fentanyl.
Alfredo Guzmán, also known as ‘El Alfredillo’, was born on May 17th, 1986 in Zapopan, Jalisco, so he is currently 37 years old. In that state, the son of ‘El Chapo’ owned several residences that were valued at millions of Mexican pesos at the time.
In July 2012, the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) added ‘El Alfredillo’ to their “blacklist” for his involvement in the trafficking of illicit substances. On that occasion, the organization revealed the places of residence where the drug trafficker was supposedly living.

In the shared data, eight addresses were mentioned that were allegedly related to Jesús Alfredo, identified as:
Journalist José Luis Montenegro mentions in his book Los Chapitos: Criminal X-ray of the Heirs of the Sinaloa Cartel (Penguin Random House, 2024) that the property located at Nayar No. 22, in the Ciudad del Sol neighborhood, did indeed belong to ‘El Alfredillo’.

According to information available on the website Propiedades.com, this property is for sale at a price of 32 million 100 thousand Mexican pesos, given that the average price per square meter in Ciudad del Sol ranges between 24 thousand pesos.
The land covers an area of one thousand square meters. The exterior features brown gates and a white façade. The description mentions that the house was built 33 years ago.
The residence has two levels. On the first one, there is a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bedroom with a jacuzzi and a dressing room. The ground floor also has recreational areas such as a study, a gym, a garden, a pool with two bathrooms, a terrace with a grill, and a fronton court.

On the second level there are two rooms with bathroom and jacuzzi (the main one has a steam system), a library, a service room, a laundry area and a patio.
In total, the house has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and parking space for seven vehicles. In the available images, it can be seen that the floor is a white tile, a color that matches the ceiling and walls of some rooms.
Due to the passage of time and lack of maintenance, the property’s roof has deteriorated, possibly due to the accumulation of moisture. Despite this, the property is still valued at over 30 million pesos.
In light of ‘El Alfredillo’s’ involvement in drug trafficking activities, the US Department of State is offering a reward of up to USD 10 million for his capture.
