Authorities seized a fleet of vehicles and chemical precursors for the production of synthetic drugs— allegedly linked to the Los Reyes cartel in the Michoacán municipalities of Tocumbo and Tingüindín.
Army soldiers, as well as National Guard members, civilians, and personnel from the Secretariat of Security and Citizen Protection, executed search warrants at two properties.
As a result, seven vehicles were found—including high-end units valued at over million pesos and luxury motorcycles, some reported stolen, as well as two pickup trucks with improvised armor.
Also seized were ammunition, magazines, tactical helmets, various drug doses, and equipment used for methamphetamine production.
