FGR charges three Los Rugrats suspects
ZETA Tijuana reports that the FGR charged three alleged Los Rugrats members with organized crime and drug-trafficking-related offenses in Baja California after searches and arrests tied to the investigation.
ZETA Tijuana reports that Mexico’s Attorney General’s Office, known as the FGR, brought charges against three alleged members of the Los Rugrats cell in Baja California. ZETA Tijuana identifies them as Luis Alberto Ayala Jáuregui, Enrique Noé Barrera Loera and Óscar Uriel Chaparro de la Rosa, using the aliases “El Loco,” “Kike” and “Óscar” in its account. The report says prosecutors allege the group operated as an armed arm of “La Mayiza” and distributed synthetic drugs in Mexicali, Ensenada and Tijuana.
According to the source, prosecutors charged the three with probable participation in organized crime and crimes against health. The report says Luis “N” and Enrique “N” also face allegations involving methamphetamine possession with intent to sell and possession of cartridges reserved for the armed forces.
