Oscar Noé Medina González was murdered a few days ago in a restaurant in the Zona Rosa, in Mexico City; there was an indictment against him in the Southern District of New York, which describes some of the criminal activities in which he was involved.
The United States government identified the involvement of Óscar Noé Medina González, “El Panu,” in the torture and murder of an agent of the Attorney General’s Office (PGR) in 2017.
“El Panu” is described as a close associate of Iván Archivaldo Guzmán, son of “El Chapo” Guzmán, and was recently shot and killed in a restaurant in the Zona Rosa, in Mexico City.
According to the indictment filed in 2023 in the Southern District Court of New York, he was involved in the torture of one of two agents, who was ultimately murdered and his body abandoned near a motel on the outskirts of Navolato, Sinaloa.
The court document specifies that two incidents occurred in early 2017. “Los Ninis” located one of the agents after receiving information provided by Néstor Isidro Pérez Salas and kidnapped him upon leaving the Culiacán airport; they then took him to Iván Archivaldo Guzmán’s ranch, where he and Jesús Alfredo Guzmán interrogated the victim before finally shooting him in the head.
The second agent was also kidnapped, taken to Iván Archivaldo Guzmán’s ranch, and interrogated in the presence of individuals such as Jesús Alfredo Guzmán, “El Panu,” and “El Nini.”
Authorities described the torture they perpetrated against the PGR agent: for about two hours, the men inserted corkscrews into his muscles and then ripped them out, and also placed chili peppers in his open wounds and nose.
After the abuse, Iván Archivaldo Guzmán murdered him with a gunshot. The bodies of both individuals were abandoned on Federal Highway 15, on the outskirts of Navolato.

El nini got deported and i assume, he too, is talking to the prosecuters. Better go into witsec and still lhave a life. Whats is the benefit of doing LWP while is bosses talked, cut a deal and walked free ?

To me it seems like the Mexican and us government wanted him dead. Mayito flako is just who they’ll try and pin it on. Live by the sword die by the sword. Mexican government knew where he was and conveniently he died shortly after and then got away with it.
